Tired of the endless grind for Pal Oil, Ammo, or bones? Look no further! With a simple and efficient strategy, you'll have access to two invaluable Pals for your base. Buckle up; this process might be a bit intense.
Here's what you'll need:
- Decent Spheres (Ultra/Lego sphere recommended; Hyper with high lifmunk rating can suffice, but beware of potential issues with lifmunk effigy)
- 2 heat protection t-shirts or heat protection armor (It's hot where you're headed)
- A strong resolve to undertake the unconventional.
- Access to the city "Dune Shelter" in the vast desert to the northeast (approximately 340,360 on the map)
Now, let's get those Palworld Pals.
1, Make your way to Dune Shelter. Fast travel is the easiest option. If you haven't unlocked it yet and are below level 35, hop on a fast mount and sprint to the city. There's a fast travel point just outside.
2, Ignore the guards at the entrance; they're on duty and uninvolved in our shenanigans.
3, Head deep into the city, where you'll find three merchants:
- One sells Legal pals (not our cup of tea) and isn't useful for our purposes.
- Another, dressed in green, sells skill fruit and Ammo.
- The third, clad in red, peddles miscellaneous items like bones and organs.
4, Position yourself behind either the green or red merchant and use your preferred sphere to capture them. Repeat the process for the other merchant.
5, Now, onto the lucrative part...
Wait, that's it?
Well, apparently so. Okay, let me clarify.
The red merchant sells high-quality Pal Oil for 300 gold each.
The green merchant stocks all types of Ammo except for Rockets.
Now, onto the more controversial aspect: catching humans. These humans happen to be two of the most useful Pals you can acquire.
Looking to make a quick buck?
If you're brave enough, try capturing a Black Marketeer. You can fetch between 20,000-35,000 gold per capture, along with some additional goodies like gold keys.
And the most unsettling part? Throw those Black Marketeers into your party, then dismiss them and equip a cleaver. Butchering your naive competition yields another round of rewards, totaling anywhere between 40-70k gold.
Alternatively, craft and sell nails to your newly acquired "friends" for a steady source of income, provided you have access to iron and... willing volunteers.
Another option? Obtain a Sibylex and place it in a ranch to harvest high-quality cloth.
Lastly, consider capturing numerous Maus, merging them into a handful of 3-star Maus, and assigning them to your ranches. Remember, ranch Pal performance is based on skill level rather than passive abilities. Focus on consolidating ranch Pals and prioritize skills related to sanity and food management over work speed.
With these tips, you'll streamline your grinding process and maximize your profits in Palworld.
